A large, tastefully decorated main lobby is a great gathering space for the condominium’s holiday functions. In addition, the newly renovated “Harbor Room” is ideal for meetings, parties and special events for, approximately, 50 people. If a larger space is needed, Royal Sonesta personnel are available to assist with planning a hotel event.
Guest Suite and Other Accommodations
A two-bedroom condominium unit is available to rent by residents for visiting family and friends. Hotel rooms are also available through the Royal Sonesta at a discounted rate.
Safety Systems
The Towers at Harbor Court is a fully sprinklered building with a number of fire and other safety systems and features in place to help ensure the health and well-being of its residents and staff. A major elevator renovation, incorporating the latest elevator and fire code requirements, was completed in 2019. A surveillance system, consisting of 32 cameras, covers all of the common areas of the condominium and the garage. Elevator access to individual floors is restricted during the night.
Parking and Storage
Deeded parking and storage spaces/areas are assigned to each condominium unit. Parking is in an indoor and secured area of the Harbor Court Garage.
Health Club
The Royal Sonesta offers discounted memberships to condominium residents wishing to use their Health Club. The Health Club can be accessed without leaving the building. The Health Club is well-appointed with exercise equipment, indoor pool, racquetball court and yoga classes as well as a basketball practice area and a tennis court. All condominium residents, even those who are not members of the Health Club, have access to the outdoor terrace area adjacent to the Health Club.
Food and Drink
In addition to the many dining venues in the area, condominium residents can enjoy a variety of breakfast and lunch treats at Espresso’s, the hotel’s coffee shop, or join friends for a drink and dinner at the hotel’s Explorers Lounge at discounted prices.
